With "Custom On-Hold Promotions" by MINOWA VOICE-OVERS, after an initial purchase, when you find that the content within your existing set of on hold messages needs any type of revision, you receive reasonable rates based on your specific update needs.  In the earliest years of being in business for custom messages on hold, set fees were in place for message updates.  However, experience has dictated that a fee to replace and re-record an entire 20 or 30 second message should not be the same as the fee to replace a partial sentence, or one or two sentences. The commitment here is to be fair and reasonably priced to customers who request message updates, whether they involve major or minor changes. Therefore, message update fees are flexible and custom quoted based on your particular needs for revisions.
